Herringbone Loft
Copenhagen, Denmark — 2023
3,400 sq ft — Adaptive Reuse
A 1930s textile mill, gutted down to brick and beam, reassembled as a single loft. We kept the scars — patched brick, the old crane rail overhead — and set them against white oak herringbone and quiet millwork, so the new construction reads as an addition to the building’s history rather than a replacement of it.

Materials
White oak parquet, lime-washed brick, brushed brass
